How to Create a New User?

1. Go to the Users Settings page.
2. Click on Users in the settings sub-menu.
3. Click the Add User button in the top-right corner.
4. Fill in the required profile and access level information.
5. Click the Add button to save and create the new user.

How to Create a New Team?

1. Click the Teams icon in the sidebar navigation.
2. Click the Add button in the top-right corner.
3. Enter the Team Name.
4. Click the Add button to initialize the team.
5. In the Team Listing, click the Edit icon next to the new team to configure its options.
6. Complete the 4 configuration steps:
   • Step 1: Team Details
   • Step 2: Outbound Settings
   • Step 3: Inbound Settings
   • Step 4: Config Info
7. Click the Update button to save the team configuration.

How to Create a New Campaign?

1. Click the Campaigns icon in the sidebar navigation.
2. Click the Add Campaign button in the top-right corner.
3. Choose your campaign medium and configure the steps:
   • Voice Campaign:
     1. Step 1: Choose Medium
     2. Step 2: Define Strategy
     3. Step 3: Configure Details
     4. Step 4: Choose Contact List
   • Message Campaign:
     1. Step 1: Choose Medium
     2. Step 2: Define Strategy
     3. Step 3: Configure Details
     4. Step 4: Choose Contact List
4. Click the Update button to deploy the new campaign.
